During the press conference, Chapman To discussed his film plans.
Yesterday, Chapman To attended the press conference for the Hong Kong Entertainment Expo EEG Film Exhibition, and he revealed that he will soon be starting to shoot a new film called ?DIVA?, which will star Joey Yung. He said: ?The last film I produced, called ?前度? (To My Ex), achieved good results, so EEG has invested HK$20million to allow me to make this new film. The film will be about a Pop Queen so we definitely had to get Joey to play that part! (Has EEG given you any pressure?) Only to make sure the film makes a profit! Which is what I?m good at!? He explained that the film will also feature a ?designated Pop Queen? character, and the two main characters will share an emotional storyline together. When asked whether Joey had recommended Denise Ho to play the other character, Chapman replied: ?She didn?t make a suggestion! (Will you look for Denise?) I will look for anyone in the industry that sings. (But you said the two characters will share an emotional storyline ?) It doesn?t have to be between a male and female!?
