Is it legal? Having browsed around, I do notice a lot of stuff is availble, but the guidelines never mentiioned rules for posting music/videos. My feeling is that some works may be copyrighted..and will be potentially illegal.

However, downloading in Canada is legal

well...in jg...we perfer not to share cd quality mp3...WE SUPPORT BUYING CD!!!...but we do share mp3s that r not out yet...just to satisfy ppl's ugerness for the new album...ahaha

sharing tv video clips is ok...but we don't share any dvd/vcd clips

You will NOT find anything that looks like a torrent on JG,

You will see small video clips of events or stuff that can't be directly bought (sometimes, yet... but we all know that it looks better bought >.>)

As for music, what snowy said.

Umm yeah, i think its ok to post an mp3 everynow and then of special songs (like Tomorrow's Grace and Chihuahua...) but direct downloading to joey songs is a no no.

The album sections songs are just for listening, although i dont think you can download them anyway.

Posting the MVs or any file is for sharing purposes only, not piracy.
