van told me this a while ago and with the forum pretty much dead in terms of posts and visitors (numbers are steadily dropping) i dont see why newbs wouldn't do it. furthermore, i will be starting a new full time job soon and keeping my current part time job at the same time. unfortunately, the new job is more than an hour away from home = very little time for me to update JG.
I think that the decision from Newbs would be a sooner or later kind of thing too. Your efforts to keep the website as updated as it can be now is much appreciated spoiledbrat! As we all get more busy, it is definitely harder to make updates let alone post (like myself).
Yeah I must confess I feel kinda guilty about not posting as much too, but I guess it's cuz a lot of the more active members are "growing up" and finding themselves more busy (me included, though it's also due to laziness i admit lol). I respect whatever decision newbs makes
she's done it for so many years and it's already a HUGE accomplishment. However, i think I will miss JG regardless (and the people). Maybe we can downsize JG and make it into some sort of blog with a shoutbox? I know a few fan sites that did that. If we do I promise i'll contribute
Awww....I would miss JG. But I think it was something that was expected........ I do think that blah's suggestion is pretty good (downsizing JG). I respect whatever decision newbs makes and thank you everyone for the efforts on JG. It was a great place to find info on Joey and chatting with other friendly Joey fans.
Personally, for me, it's about nostalgia for than anything.
I've been at JG on and off since 2003/2004.
Although I still enjoy Joeys music, I have less time now (but when exam time comes, Jg is great to waste time :p).
I'm glad that Jg means something to some people.
Aww i would miss JG. But this was only a matter of time. I agree with kei_chan06, JG is a great place to chat with other people that are Joey fans.
lol all the members seemed to have grown up together. Joined when I was 15, feel so old now T_T

I'd be sad since I like to check JoeyGalaxy every so often, but I do understand that it has to end someday. I really don't check out other sources for Joey news, so when this shuts down, I think I won't be as updated anymore with her stuff (but always a fan!). I really appreciate anyone and everyone who has kept this forum running! It's just nice to have shared the same interest online for all these years. Thank you.
i would miss JG too! not a long time member but still i check the site often and yeah LIFE can really be busy sometimes with school and work -_- thats why i have times when i wish that i was still in high school. hahaha
and thank you for all of the hard work this past year!
