I've tried to use a more monochromatic touch for this set of photos
1) cuz the qualities i've found aren't 100% HiQual so...
and
2) joey's theme for a historic airport and victorian era time period makes me take a step at this path...

I chose gold for this version because I noticed that this year, gold is very popular AND it also lightens the tone of the feeling of history and elegance in victorians...

I chose pink for this version because this photoshoot, JOey's poses and outfit are all so feminine and lady-like so pink would add that extra female touch to it contrasting with the black blotches of joey's body and face shape.

Though it's a little too bright for me. ^_^o And good idea on the arrival and departure time. Such an early arrival time. LOL.

but um why is there "//" behind the arrival time?

The design is nice, it matches Joey's airport theme. The only downside is that I think Joey's airport theme itself was too monochromatic (too white) and I didn't like Joey's hairstyle, but that's not really your fault
Perhaps it would look better if the colours were natural like in the pics, rather than it being completely black and white.
I like the pink font and font style this time, it's pretty and goes well with the white. However, the "An Eng forum dedicated to Joey" is unnecessary and can be removed imo. The "est/2000" is also optional, as I think it's slightly too congested with text. Keep the "arrival times" bit tho, it's a creative idea!
What is that lil token badge with "JR"? I thought it would say "JG"? On that matter, I think in our current Joey Ten banner, the big golden "J G" letters make a great lil logo which you could take out and reuse in other graphics, or even as a standalone 'trademark' JG logo.
The gold version of this banner doesn't look gold to me, it looks like poo colour HAHa, so yeah not too fond of it. The pink one feels too pink for the eyes. Perhaps you can save the "Galaxy" font style you used for a future banner~
But yeah great job, I'll put it up when it's all finalised after feedback! All in all, I'd say I like the Joey Ten banner more because it's more vibrant, colourful and natural, but this is great for a change and should go well with JG's dark forum theme.
i agree with raybie that the banner will look better if it was the original colour. but it is still a very nice banner! the pink 1 is really too pink and the gold 1 looks a bit old and outdated

If only the background were more "victorian war time" style, then that would be great... A bit like those old black/brown and white photos. You'll find some if you google image it. Also, I'm not sure whether you did it on purpose or its just the quality of the pics, but the 3 pictures in the middle left are a bit sharp.. like not smooth enough.. especially Joey's hair and eyes. And it's so black that you can't see the details of the hair like layers/strands.. It's just like one big black blob.
I love the pink font colour too. But yeah I agree with Ray, if you can use the current banner font as the official JG logo, then that would be niceee. But I'm not sure if that font would go with the pink tho haha. I LOVE the arrival time thing <33
Out of the 3, I like the first one the most. Gold is good too but I think it needs more texture to it to make that olden day photo feel.

Thanks for sharing another set of your great creations, Raii! I agree with the other guys who prefer the black & white one the most, since I'm not usually a fan of pink or gold. As Newbs mentioned, a sepia tone applied to the banner could look quite nice. It's always exciting when a new banner is added to the forum because it's just like having your house redecorated. haha I'm looking forward to seeing the revised banner, Raii, and it would be cool for the many other talented JGers to design more banners so we can alternate between all the designs. I would even be willing to donate my signature pic to be used as JG's banner! haha
