anita had said on a different version of the video that David was sick. that's why she said the audience's cheers is a "kerng sum jum" for him.

I thought this is a crazy performance ^^
wow.. yeah, anita is definately one of the legends no doubt.. her live perfs are really awesome
Thanks for the link Phil. Yeah, I'm a fan of Anita and her live performances are really good. So sad she's passed away. Sad

Even though I'm not a fan of David Tao, I quite like his voice and I also admire his music writing talent. His singing in the clip was pretty impressive also.

definitely... except for this one... she went out of tune like 20 times :ahh:
yeah, its so sad that she passed away so early. i actually thought that she would've survived it...but ya, atleast she's be remembered for being the biggest diva in HK history. and ya, dat was a great performance, especially with David Tao sick and Anita struggling with cancer. have u guys watched the whole concert before? its so sad since she sounds so weak, yet for her to be able to perform 8 nights, its amazing.
Yeah, in some of the last few public appearances I saw of Anita, she had slightly slurred speech which probably was due to her illness and/or the treatment she was on. This would have probably effected her singing as well. I agree its incredible she had the endurance and strength to complete the concert!
hmm i think i have this on dvd
when i see anita perform, especially from this show always makes me feel bittersweet. i hope this post won't go away either!!

i'm sad that i only got the 1st edition vcd of anita's last concert... cos they released the second version with all the special guests.

Actually, in the whole concert, she either runs out of breath or is out of tune.
You can obviously tell the effects of disease on her. I think Anita knew that she would lose the war, but before she passed away, she wanted to make more money for her mom and sister.
So brave.
didn't her sister die? but ya, i guess she also wanted to hold one more concert series before she passed away, where she "married the stage", realli sad story actually.
